As summer people, our family developed an attachment to Southampton (not unlike many of my clients!) and in 1999 we moved from Oakville and purchased a beautiful older home on the main street. We have converted our home into a seven room bed and breakfast, known as Chantry Breezes Bed and Breakfast, a dream that we have had for some years. I had retired from Bell Canada  and then worked on international telecom assignments, so it suddenly did not matter where we lived. Southampton is really a wonderful town; the people are very friendly and my wife and I feel very much at home.
 
I love working with people. And I love what I do helping people on a very personal level. Many of my real estate clients are former guests at the B&B who, like us, developed an affection for this area. There is a wonderful energy in this community and it continues to grow and develop with a strong sense of pride and caring
 
Real Estate is what I do, not who I am. I am the father of two awesome kids. Besides helping with the B&B, in my free time I like to play tennis, work out, “play handy-man” and read about world events and politics. We are also both very involved in the community through downtown redevelopment, Rotary and tourism related associations.
 
Home is a very a very special place for family, friends, a sanctuary and deeply personal.
